Michael Laine of Reno, whose Hospitality Industry Services provides consulting to the industry, is the first in Nevada to earn certification as a 25-year Certified Hotel Administrator. The certification is awarded by the Educational Institute American Hotel & Lodging Association.
Laine launched his consulting firm after working 10 years as a manager with Choice Hotels International.
