John Kiserow, Russell Bliss

John Kiserow and Russell Bliss have joined Reno-based Black Eagle Consulting Inc., where they will provide non-destructive examination services for clients in the West.

Kiserow, who will serve as non-destructive examination project manager for the firm, has 36 years of experience in non-destructive inspection and testing, including work on nuclear power plants, ski lift equipment, pipelines, water storage tanks, power generating facilities, mining facilities and bridges.

Bliss, who will serve as a project inspector, has five years experience in non-destructive examination services.
