An early childhood learning center is scheduled to open next year in a newly constructed building at 455 Somersett Parkway.
W.E. Banaszak General Contracting and Development LLC is the developer and builder of the 8,161-square-foot project to be leased by Cross Consulting Services, Inc., which does business as The Goddard School.
The center will have capacity for approximately 130 children.
The Goodard School was represented in its lease negotiations by Scott Shanks, Dominic Brunetti, and Matt Grimes of NAI Alliance.
