Sparks Florist Inc. said last week it has launched Sparks Florist Marketplace, in which consumers can buy flowers in bulk at wholesale prices and design their own floral arrangements.
The company said Sparks Florist Marketplace is located in its floral design center at 1440 Hymer Way in Sparks.
