Tim R. Ruffin, senior vice president and managing partner of Colliers International, was recognized by the Northern California SIOR Chapter for the largest office lease transaction in a market with a population of less than 1 million.
Ruffin was recognized by the real estate association for his representation of Kinross Gold in a 16,000 square foot office lease with NevDex Properties on Kietzke Lane.
