Leon Mills, founder of the Reno energy audit firm Energy Insight Inc., has earned certifications as a HERS/RESNet Energy Rater, as a BPI Building Analyst, as a National Home Builders Association Certified Green Professional, and as a National Home Builders Association Green Building Verifier.
Mills also has worked as a land development consultant.
