Alan Rabkin, who serves of counsel in the Reno office of Jones Vargas law firm, assisted Western Alliance Bancorporation in its recent successful $200 million recapitalization efforts. Western Alliance owns Bank of Nevada and First Independent Bank of Nevada.
Rabkin also counseled Sun West Bank as it won state licensing to sell insurance to its customers.
