The Children's Cabinet recently appointed its 2009 Officers and Board of Directors: Lonnie Klaich, Sierra Neurosurgery Group executive director, chair of the board; Kevin Sullivan, executive vice president of Nevada State Bank, chair elect; Mike Capello, former Washoe County Department of Social Services director, secretary; and Randy Brown, AT&T director of legislative and regulatory affairs, treasurer.

The Children's Cabinet also named three new members to its 2009 board: Grant "Butch" Anderson, CPA, CFP and partner at Muckel Anderson CPAs; Liz Thomas, breast cancer support group facilitator at Saint Mary's Regional Healthcare Center; and Kevin Schiller, Washoe County Department of Social Services director.
