Frederick Frank and Jody Lindell have been elected to the board of directors of PDL BioPharma Inc., which is headquartered at Incline Village.
Frank is former vice chairman of Barclays Capital and also was vice chairman and a director of Lehman Brothers.
Lindell is president and chief executive officer of S.G. Management Inc., an asset management company.
