The Nevada State Contractors Board last week revoked the licenses of three contractors in Washoe County.

The board revoked the licenses of Hamlin Development Co. Inc. and Dan McGlynn Construction of Reno and Alpine Fence of Incline Village.

The board said Hamlin Development failed to complete a job and failed to pay for materials or services. The company also was fined $3,750 and ordered to make restitution to persons who suffered damages.

Dan McGlynn Construction didn't comply with the terms of a contract, completed substandard workmanship and didn't comply with an order to correct its work. It was fined $4,600 and ordered to pay restitution.

Alpine Fence, which was owned by Steve Yon allowed its license to be used by an unlicensed person. The company was fined $200 and ordered to pay restitution to damaged parties.
