Randall E. Sayre of Carson City, a member of the Nevada Gaming Control Board, has been named Gaming Regulator of the Year by the International Masters of Gaming Law.
Sayre joined investigations division of the gaming control board in 1981 and rose to chief of the investigations division before he was appointed to the board in 2007.
