Western Nevada College will offer OSHA safety training in Minden and Carson City to prepare construction workers and supervisors for state laws that take effect Jan. 1.
A 10-hour OSHA training session in construction safety will be offered at the WNC Douglas campus, 1680 Bently Parkway South in Minden on Dec. 12-13.
WNC is also offering OSHA safety classes at the Carson City campus. The 10-hour course for new hires will be Dec. 5-6. The 30-hour training for supervisors will be conducted Dec. 14-17.
