La Famiglia, an Italian restaurant currently located at 180 E. 1st. St., will move to State Street Plaza at 170 S. Virginia St.
The new location encompasses 3,300 square feet, with a 400-square-foot outdoor eating area.
State Street Plaza is a development of MTK Limited. The developer was represented by David Woods and Chris Waizmann in its negotiations with La Famiglia.
