Mike Long has been named vice president of engineering and construction by Ram Power Corp., and Anthony Pitirri has been named corporate controller of the Reno-based developer of geothermal power plants.
Long previously worked as operations manager of Western Geopower Inc. He also worked 15 years as manager of renewable energy Projects at POWER Engineers Inc.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Colorado School of Mines and a master's degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Colorado.
Pitirri previously was vice president of finance and accounting at Polaris Geothermal Inc., which merged into Ram.
He has worked nine years in public accounting.
