Leadership Douglas County, a program Carson Valley Chamber of Commerce, is open to applicants. The program is returning after a two-year absence.
Cost is $650 for Carson Valley Chamber of Commerce members and $750 for non-members through Nov. 2. After that, the rates go to $700 and $800. Get information at www.carsonvalleynv.org.
