Witt Family LLC: The company acquired 6.2 acres on Somersett Ridge Parkway and plans an indoor storage facility for recreational vehicles, boats and autos on one of two pads on the property. There are no immediate plans to develop the other pad, which is zoned for retail or office uses. Todd Blonsley, vice president of investments at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Co., represented the Witt Family LLC. The seller was Somersett Development Company Ltd. LLC.

Wolfpack II LLC: The company, represented by Dick Johnson and Ryan Johnson of Johnson Group, purchased 14,810 square feet at 1678 N. Virginia St.

Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market Inc.: The company purchased land at Los Altos Crossing, Los Altos Parkway and Sparks Boulevard, from Los Altos PDC LLC for $900,000. The seller was represented by Roxanne Stevenson, Shawn Smith and Rick Casazza of Colliers International.

Rod Hall Products LLC: The company leased 2,833 square feet at 3445 Airway Drive. The landlord, Humason Properties Inc., was represented by Tom de Jong of Colliers International.

Ames/Tru Temper: The company renewed its lease of 396,000 square feet at 3450 Airway Drive in the Southwest Commerce Center III. The CB Richard Ellis Industrial Services Team represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.
