The Firkin and Wolf Pub and Restaurant will open this summer in the 6,992-square-foot space previously occupied by Tequila Beach at 13971 S. Virginia St. at The Summit.
Lopiccolo Construction of Carson City will handle renovation of the building owned by Mohamad and Yangja Poustinchian. Cheryl Evans of Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier Brokers in Carson City represented The Firkin and Wolf in its lease negotiations.
