The Reno/Sparks Association of Realtor has scheduled its seventh annual Real Estate Education EdExpo May 19 - 21 at the Peppermill Hotel.
The event features continuing education courses for real estate professionals in both residential and a commercial real estate.
Nevada real estate licensees are required to successfully complete 24 hours of approved real estate continuing education before they renew their licenses. The residential real estate track being offered during the May event will satisfy the full 24 hours of continuing education requirements. The commercial real estate track will provide 23 hours of continuing education credit.
