Air Medic, a duct cleaning and energy efficiency evaluating company in Reno, has been purchased by Todd Thompson from former owner Mike Kelly. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Kathy Wilson of BTI Group Mergers and Acquisitions in Reno represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
