Megan Starr has joined the design and layout staff of Healthy Beginnings Magazine in Reno.
Starr, who has 10 years experience in the publications industry, previously worked as lead graphic designer at Prime Time Newspapers LLC in San Antonio.
She graduated from the Art Institute of Houston.
