James A. Cox has been named executive director of Classic Residence in Reno. The community is owned by Vi.
Cox previously worked as executive director of Classic Residence by Hyatt in Monterey, Calif., for two years.
A licensed vocational nurse, Cox has 10 years experience working with seniors in independent, assisted living and memory care. He also spent five years as a U.S. army combat medic and an Army reserves nurse.
