Ten business students at the University of Nevada, Reno, developed a business continuity plan for Microsoft Licensing of Reno.
The students nine graduate students and an undergraduate developed specific recommendations for the company's help desk and data centers if emergencies were to occur.
Among the recommendations: Creation of laminated cards, bound with a single ring and hanging in departments, that provide quick guidance to employees during an emergency.
