AU Goose, a Reno company that's developed a dry, non-toxic system to process mining ores, said last week it won contracts to test placer tailings at Virginia City.
The technology will test approximately 150 tons of tailings owned by Josh Gann and Wes Byrd at their claims, Peyton's Place No. 1 and Ellen's Place No. 2.
