Squeeze In, a cafe with locations in Reno and Truckee, is featured in Food Network's "Throwdown with Bobby Flay" program at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday.

In the program, Flay challenges Squeeze In co-owner Misty Young to an omelette-cooking competition.
