Diabetes association officers

Anthony Rodriquez of Greater Nevada Credit Union has been elected president of the board of the Nevada Diabetes Association Northern Nevada.

Other officers include community volunteer Katie Johnson, vice president; Jessica Longley of the Washoe County District Attorney's Office, second vice president; Nancy Eklof, of Nancy Eklof Public Relations and executive director for the State Board of Homeopathic Medical Examiners, secretary and Eric Herzberg of County Financial, treasurer.

Other NDA Board members are Lisa Carlon, a certified public accountant with The Bosma Group; Nora Constantine of the University of Nevada, Reno; Ryan Dyess, a UNR medical student; Ron Hoy, a broker for Coldwell Banker; Stacy Leidel, a registered nurse with, Renown; Trevor Rice of Access to Health Care and Dawn Talbot of Barnard Vogel Accounting.
