Rebecah Wiegardt has joined Miller Industrial Properties as business administrator.
She previously worked with Harley-Davidson Financial Services and Blue Sky Events.
Wiegardt graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, with a degree in marketing after she attended Western Nevada College.
