Joel Tieslau and Aaron Bird have been recognized by Q&D Construction of Sparks for outstanding safety leadership.
Tieslau, a senior superintendent, was recognized as outstanding safety leader in Q&D's building division for his work on the $51 million project to expanded automated baggage check-in at Reno Tahoe International Airport.
Bird, a foreman, was recognized as outstanding safety leader in Q&D's general engineering division for his work on a series of projects in Sparks, Reno and the Winnemucca area.
