Sixteen bank-owned lots at Somersett will be sold in an online auction this month.
LFC.com, the commercial real estate Web site of the LFC Group of Companies of Newport Beach, Calif., will auction three lots in the Eagle Chase development and 13 in Champion Hills.
The lots are owned by First Independent Bank of Nevada. Bids close July 29.
