Broker renewals go online

The Nevada Real Estate Division has launched online renewal of licenses held by real estate brokers.

The service, which as been under development for four years, is available at http://www.red.state.nv.us.

Gail J. Anderson, administrator of the real estate division, said the agency plans to roll out online renewal for other licensees include broker-salespersons, salespersons, community managers and appraisers in coming months.
