Suat Yasar, M.D., and Ayse Yasar, M.D., a husband-and-wife psychiatric team, have joined the staff of West Hills Hospital in Reno.
Ayse Yasar has worked as an adult psychiatrist in the inpatient unit of Northern Nevada Adult Mental Health Service. Previously, she was an administrative faculty member at the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Nevada, Reno while also working as a psychiatrist in the outpatient clinic at Mojave Adult, Child and Family Services.
She earned her medical degree from Ege University Medical School in Izmir, Turkey.
Suat Yasar previously worked as senior staff psychiatrist and outpatient medical director with Northern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services.
He received his medical training at Ege University Faculty of Medicine in Izmir and completed residency programs in Turkey, New York and San Antonio.
