Jon Bengtson of Reno has stepped down as chairman of the board of Altair Nanotechnologies.
He will be succeed by Pierre Lortie, a senior business advisor in Montreal with the law firm of Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP.
Bengston will continue to serve on the Altair board as chairman of its audit committee.
