Richard P. Hallman has been promoted to senior vice president and chief information officer by Employers, a workers compensation carrier in Reno.
Hallman previously served for the past five years as Employers' vice president of information technology infrastructure and operations. He also has held IT management positions at Intuit Inc. and Computing Resources Inc.
He studied electrical engineering at Penn State University and Minot State University
