Fennell and Associates folded back into Dickson

Dickson Realty said last week it has merged with Fennell and Associates, its wholly owned subsidiary focused on commercial real estate.

Fennell and Associates, which was spun off from Dickson Realty in 2009, will now be known as Dickson Commercial, under the Dickson Realty umbrella. It will be headquartered at 500 Damonte Ranch Parkway.

Fred Miller and Harvey Fennell, who headed Fennell and Associates, will return to the management team of Dickson Realty.
