Jim Serratt, chief executive officer of West Hills Hospital and Willow Springs Center, Reno facilities operated by Psychiatric Solutions Inc., has been named to the executive board of Nevada Hospital Association and the board of directors of the Nevada Health Facilities Education and Research Foundation.
