Bill Rock has been named chief operating officer of Northstar-at-Tahoe Resort. Rock will assume responsibility for all mountain and village operations.
Rock previously was president and chief operating officer of Snowshoe Mountain Resort in West Virginia. He also held executive positions at Durango Mountain Resort in Colorado and Stratton Mountain Resort in Vermont.
He is a graduate of Clemson University and served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Army.
