General contractor Geney/Gassiot of Reno won a contract worth $5.1 million to construct a behavioral health inpatient building for the Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care System at Mather Field in Sacramento.
The company will design and construct a 10,375-square-foot facility that includes lock-down capability and panic alarm systems. The building will be constructed with a beefed-up foundation and roof deck designed to accommodate a future expansion.
