Clark and Sullivan Construction said last week it is near completion of three tenant improvement projects for Renown Regional Medical Center at 1155 Mill St.
Work on the John and Sue Dermody Children's Healing Garden includes 2,800 square foot of renovation, including replacement of playground equipment.
A laboratory automation project includes 2,351 square feet of renovation is scheduled to be completed in January.
Work on the vascular operating room and interventional suite will include 1,911 square feet of renovation scheduled to be complete in December.
