Evergreen Dental Income LLC of Reno said last week it's raised $135,000 through private sales of equity to sophisticated and well-heeled investors.
The company, which was created this year, said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it plans to raise a total of $550,000 through the offering. Minimum investment is $50,000.
Lou Petrossi of Reno is the company's executive officer.
