Six unlicensed contractors have been cited by investigators for the Nevada State Contractors Board.
Issued criminal citations for contracting without a license were Rigoberto J. Cardenas-Aguayo, who does business as Rigo's Lawn Services and submitted a bid for concrete work; Steven G. Daniel, who submitted a bid for flooring installation; Antonio Ramirez-Montano, who does business as Two Guys Landscaping and bid on a paver-installation job; and Wayland Noblett, who does business as Wayland Works and submitted a job for concrete work.
Diosdado M. Manabat, a plumber, was issued a criminal citation for contracting without a license after he bid on a paver installation job. The Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation issued Manabat a violation notice for not carrying Workman's Compensation insurance on two laborers.
Eduardo Serratos-Hurtado, who does business as EBS Repair Solutions, was cited for advertising without a contractors license after advertising in the Reno area that he could do plumbing, HVAC, electrical and painting.
