Cindy Fogel, a senior appraiser with Johnson-Perkins & Associates, Inc. in Reno, was recognized as the Appraisal Institute's April "Volunteer of Distinction" in the region that includes the Northwest.
Fogel, a member of the industry group since 1993, has served its Reno-Carson-Tahoe chapter as secretary, vice president, president and education co-chair.
