The Nevada State Contractors Board revoked the license of JNC Development Inc. of Reno.
The board said the company failed to pay for materials and services, diverted funds and failed to establish financial responsibility.
In another disciplinary action, the board fined Mokofisi Construction and Enterprises of Reno $2,100 for working beyond the scope of its' license and aiding an unlicensed contractor.
