Ladd has been promoted to private line manager.
Ladd began his career at the Peppermill as a bellman in 2003, working his way to leisure sales coordinator and to his current position.
Sattler has been promoted to regional sales director.
Sattler joined the Peppermill in 2009 and has served as private line corporate travel manager, corporate sales manager and national sales manager.
