Safeguard Web and Graphics better known as SWAG has acquired Blue Moon Advertising and Promotional Products.
Both firms are in Reno, and the merged companies will be headed by Dave Sutherland, president and chief executive officer.
Blue Moon, which had been owned by Klaus Grimm, was acquired by Safeguard Business Systems of Dallas, which then sold it to SWAG, a Safeguard distributor led by Sutherland.
