Todd Elam and Jim Edlund have joined BTI Group Mergers and Acquisitions in Reno.
Elam, who has 20 years experience in business brokerage, joined the firm as a broker associate. He previously worked as vice president and manager of Corporate Investment International of Nevada in Reno.
He and his wife also co-own Shannon's Personalized Cleaning Service.
Edlund has joined the brokerage as an associate.
He's been a small business owner since 1991 and continues to own the Murder Burger restaurant he bought in a BTI transaction in 1997. He also has worked as a chief financial officer or controller for manufacturing and service businesses during a thirty-year business career.
Edlund earned a master's in business administration with an emphasis on finance and accounting.
