The company purchased a 100,000-square-foot manufacturing facility on 6.5 acres at 650 Lillard Drive for $4.49 million. Pat Morrissey of Morrisey Realty represented the seller, 650 Lillard Partnership, and James Lowey of Morrisey Realty represented Estero Porch.
