More than 1,000 military veterans who own businesses are expected in Reno for a national symposium in June.
The National Veteran Small Business Coalition and AetherQuest Solutions Inc. of Falls Church, Va., are producing the event known as Veteran Entrepreneur Training Symposium VETS for short. It's scheduled June 27-30.
Educational seminars will show veteran-owned businesses how to do business with federal agencies. Other participants will include prime contractors and federal officials.
VETS meetings will be at the Silver Legacy; exhibits will be at the Reno Events Center.
