Wingfield Springs Home Owners Association in Sparks and the Double Diamond Ranch Master Association in Reno have been nominated for Outstanding Master Association of the Year by the Nevada Chapter of the Community Association Institute.
Both Wingfield Springs, which includes 2,241 homes, and Double Diamond Ranch, which has 3,100 homes, are managed by Associated Management Inc.
