Berkeley Coffee & Tea Inc., a company with executive offices in Shanghai, China, says it plans to establish a one-person headquarters operation in Reno if it's successful with a $500,000 public stock offering.
The company, which plans to distribute Chinese-produced coffee to markets in the United States, said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission last week that it hasn't yet leased space in Reno.
