Scouts from Troop 10, St. John's Presbyterian Church in Reno will deliver paper grocery bags to 250 home in Carson City starting at 9 a.m. Feb. 5.
This is an Eagle Scout Project to help the food pantry at the Ron Wood Family Resource Center and area residents who are experiencing a need for food.
At 9 a.m. Feb. 12, the Scouts will return to the houses and pick up any non-perishable food items that residents have donated and placed in the grocery bags on their porches.
