Paul Fornelli, Richard Goldman and Jamie Tarrant have joined the staff of Miller Heiman, a sales performance consulting company in Reno.
Brendan Hawkins, Kaye Lingad and Paul Nelson have been promoted by the company.
Fornelli has been appointed director of sales. He was most recently a district sales manager for ADP's TotalSource division, and his experience also includes work in wholesale banking for HSBC and Barclays.
Goldman joins Miller Heiman as product manager, with responsibility for the company's sales planning and communication tools. He worked most recently at Microsoft Licensing.
Tarrant joins Miller Heiman's client services team. She has 15 years of inside sales and customer support experience and previously worked 10 years with Graybar Electric.
Hawkins, an employee of Miller Heiman for six years, was promoted to director of client success. He previously managed the company's Sales Access Manager product.
Lingad, an employee of the company since 2005, was named marketing manager. Before joining Miller Heiman, she was the public relations officer for Holy Angel University in The Philippines.
Nelson was promoted to product manager. Before joining Miller Heiman, he was a marketing and sales manager for a Chicago-based industrial real estate company.
